Petal 4 : My Favourite Working Condition

1) Green environment

I really love everything which is green colour. Working in green condition is like mental theraphy. For me green environment is sources of natural beauty. It can maintain our health and well being.

2) Peaceful

I hate conflict but in working life there must be conflict. I prefer peaceful working condition without distraction. Peaceful environment can help to generate new ideas and perform the job properly and accurately.

3) Respectful

Respect between colleagues is very basic attitude that we need to possess. Without this attitude, it is very difficult to cooperate with collegues. It is very important to ensure our goal can be achieved together.
