Petal 2 : My preferred Kinds of people to work with

1) Understanding

When people understand how I feel, it will keep me more stronger and not going down. I can work comfortable with them and also become friendlier colleagues. The environment will be more happily.

2) Positive

When my colleagues positive, automatically I am being positive. Working in positive condition will reduce the pressure and at the same time will improve my performance. Sometimes, I will give up about something that really hurt me. If someone keep advice me to be positive, slowly it will cure me.

3) Willing to teach

I like this kind of people which is will correct me if I am wrong. Guide me how thing should be done and do the job properly.

4) Have a clear vision

To achieve something, we should work with people who have a clear vision. So, I know what the thing need to do and what should be avoid.
